DENTAL TIPS FOR TAKING CARE OF YOUR TEETH THIS EASTER

We all know it can become difficult to limit our children’s #sugar intake, especially with all the #chocolate goodies that the #Easter bunny will bring. Their oral health however, doesn’t have to suffer if the right precautions are taken.

1. Ensure chocolate is kept to mealtimes.
2. Give your child a glass of water after eating chocolate.
3. Give them sugar free options
4. Offer them healthy alternatives to chocolate egg
5. Swish vigorously with water afterward

Our teeth are precious. At Pearl Dental Clinic - Dubai we promote a preventative approach through regular check ups and hygiene appointments. Why not treat your teeth to a hygienist visit as a follow up to this chocolate filled season.
Happy Easter from all of us at Pearl Dental Clinic - Dubai.
Enjoy the break!

But sometimes, the signs of the infection can be subtle. The signs can be as subtle as a bad taste in your mouth, bleeding gums, or gum swelling.

Sleep bruxism is considered a sleep-related movement disorder. People who clench or grind their teeth (brux) during sleep are more likely to have other sleep disorders, such as snoring and pauses in breathing (sleep apnea). Mild bruxism may not require treatment. However, in some people, bruxism can be frequent and severe enough to lead to jaw disorders, headaches, damaged teeth and other problems.
